Pricing questions
Can I try the managed API before I pay?
Yes. New accounts get 100 successful output files for 30 days, no card. A run that returns several files counts once per file. Failed and blocked runs are not charged. Create your API key under Setup → API keys in the console.
Can I use the free tier commercially?
Yes. Every stable operation in the Apache-2.0 packages is licensed for commercial use. The SDK, CLI and MCP server have no usage limits, no signup and no forced branding.
What happens when my Pro term ends?
Company support and commercial assurance end under the order terms. The Apache-2.0 engines and your generated documents keep working. Pro does not gate local rendering.
Do you offer refunds?
First self-serve purchases can be sent through Usage & billing in the console for 14-day buyer protection review. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and failed activation issues are reviewed even outside that window.
What's the difference between Pro, Platform, and Enterprise?
Pro adds production support for teams self-hosting Runstamp. Platform is our cloud API, with included output files, approvals, webhooks and an audit log. Enterprise starts at $50,000 a year for shipping Runstamp inside your product: OEM terms, volume pricing and a security review. The Apache-2.0 license already covers everything else.
What counts as a successful output file?
Each output file returned by a run that succeeds counts once toward your included usage. A run that returns several files counts once per file. Retries, blocked runs, failures, cancellations, status reads, downloads, review decisions and Runstamp's own checks are not counted.
What happens after 50,000 output files on Platform?
Unused output files do not roll over. You can opt in to $0.03 per extra successful output file, or set a hard cap. Sustained volume above 250,000 output files a month moves to an Enterprise agreement.
