1. Scope
This Policy covers material publicly hosted or distributed from Runstamp-controlled sites, documentation, packages, repositories we control, and hosted outputs. It does not govern a customer's private local output or third-party copies/platforms outside our control.
2. Copyright report
Email hello@runstamp.com with the exact URL/package/file/version; identification of the protected work and challenged material; your contact details and authority; a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized; a statement that the information is accurate; requested action; and electronic signature.
3. Other reports
Send trademark, privacy, confidentiality, unlawful-content, malicious-package, license-key abuse, or other rights reports to hello@runstamp.com. Identify the exact location, issue, authority, evidence, and requested action. For urgent threats or child safety, contact emergency/law-enforcement authorities first.
4. Review, response, and appeal
We may request details, preserve relevant records, restrict hosted content or credentials, deprecate a package version, notify the contributor/customer, or remove material. We consider specificity, apparent legality, open-source/license terms, fair use or other authority, urgency, and harm. We may share the report with affected parties, so omit unnecessary sensitive data.
An affected party may respond or appeal to the original address with the item, decision, reason, and evidence. We may restore or clarify material when a report is mistaken, incomplete, resolved, or insufficient. Registry/platform removal may also require use of that platform's process.
5. Abuse of process
False, fraudulent, harassing, or bad-faith reports are prohibited. We may disregard repetitive unsupported submissions, restrict abusive reporters, and preserve evidence for affected parties or authorities.
